Items must be returned in their original condition within 14 days of the date shown on your dispatch note. Once the product has been received and inspected (see Reasonable care) we will send you an email letting you know we have received and processed your return. After you have received the email please allow 5-10 working days for the refund to be credited to your account.All postage fees are to be paid by the customer.
It may take up to 10 days for us to receive your return, depending on which postal service you use. However once we receive your item(s), we will inspect and process the return which may take up to 7 days.
In the rare case an faulty item is sent out to you or the item you receive develops an fault, e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org stating the fault with the item. We will then check the item, if the fault is on our or our manufacturer's behalf, we will either send you another item for free, credit your Parisia Fashion account or give you a full refund.
So you are kept up to date, we will send you an email confirming the action we have taken, as soon as we are confident the goods are in their original condition.
Any refunds will automatically be issued to the card used to make the original purchase and let you know via email.
In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition. All goods will be inspected on return and any item in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you
We can offer an exchange on any item. If the item you have choose cost extra we will charge your card. If the item is cheaper will refund the difference to the card you have paid with.
